Gate 7 was commissioned to set up and produce two artist impressions prior to the project being built for pre-opening marketing purposes. The client provided an on-site briefing session and supplied a phase 1 site plan layout with additional concept sketches of various areas. As this was the first of a two phase project, Gate 7 had to first produce a completed project aerial perspective view of the site layout and then split the drawing into two. The left portion was then developed with more detail such as structures, pools, fencing, walkways, landscaping and animals.The second phase drawing will be started in January when that phase is designed by the client.Both artist impressions will then be joined to form one work.
